Holding my very first Mickey Mouse camera

The relationship between the client and the photographer is an intimate one. The trust that’s needed is deep; trust that the photographer can nail the lighting, and perfect the setting and capture the core feeling in a snap. I’m thrilled to tell you, in that moment, I’ve got you. Your brand’s story will break through with brilliance.

It’s a feeling, a knowing, a certainty when to press the button. It’s not forced, rather it’s given. And it’s from my extensive experience in shooting everything from CEOs to celebs, that I’ve perfected this gift. Timing. It’s true that timing is everything, and I know firsthand how impactful one snap moment can be. One quick glance shared with the right person changes a life (my partner and I knew instantly); One slow move in Kendo (a sport in which I excel) and your opponent celebrates. and the one instant when I capture the very essence of my subject in a snap.

I took my first photograph was when I was 5, with a Mickey Mouse camera. When asked what I was photographing, I would reply with wide eyes, “the wonder of the world.” My love of making a heart to heart connection and sharing a moment was born and still burns bright.

So, if timing’s everything- what are you waiting for? Time is of the essence and my camera’s ready.

Let’s Snap that Story.
